The breakfast was exceptional, a huge variety of food.

Generally the service was excellent, the room was spotless and huge with pleasent as well as fridge. We truly enjoyed their sensational breakfast with divine Pastries and good coffee, for example.

Overall it was impeccably clean, with a private bathroom. The location was great and incredible, in walking distance of good attractions, and the bed exceptionally comfortable.

Stylish and original venue, unbeatable location next to all the Churches, the various districts that all tourists want to visit to the Elpfilharmonie to all the museums and city center.

Make sure you stay in the double room with a great view. Magnificent setting, it's next to shopping area and central Hamburg in a former industrial printing building. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is exceptional.

The location was excellent, a walking distance from old town. It was a shopping area next to an underground station.

It was fairly clean and the staff were efficient and excellent, beds were very comfy. The hotel was located in the middle of the city.

Luxurious hotel with a bar in the lobby. Commercial area, very central location really close to the river, almost more a bar/cafe and both the town centre and the port. Again, not far from Jungfernstieg Promenade.

Its location is excellent, close to the main attractions, S Bahn and U Bahn and harbour, and the various districts, commercial area. There's Public Coffee Roasters just a short walk away from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

I was given great modern and brand-new room with aircondition, amazing shower, a view on the Kanal. The location was excellent, not too far away from Jungfernstieg Street.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Hamburg. Came here for 3 night stay, had a fine experience. The room was bright and had multi-channel television, a seating area and a writing table as pictured in advertising. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were comfy. Marvellous location, Hamburg airport was 0.5 km away.

Double room was with a safe, central heating and an electronic key card. All of the staff members were knowledgeable and energetic. The location was best possible and peaceful, just 5 minutes walk from Bell. Besides, it was just next door to the center of Hamburg.
