Silent room, we had double room, with a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating.

Everything was good, yet a few employees were not always friendly. Booked a room with a balcony.

Well-appointed units with a balcony, great views, for instance, and the staff were really helpful.

Fairly clean and ideal hotel with particularly good and unbeatable location impossible to get a taxi, just what I needed. The staff were all welcoming, very nice. The service offered was good. I had a comfortable stay.

Facilities were clean, even so Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The location was stunning close to the town centre and the staff here was really kind. Went to Peter Pane for drink or two, set at a moderate distance from the hotel. Truly enjoyed our rooms with a balcony.

The total stay was quite comfortable on short business trip. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a free drink and had variety of food. I loved that the property was walk from a train station.

I had such great days staying at this small hotel. I booked queen room, appreciated it, and spent 1 day in it. The staff was welcoming and nice and gave me recommendations. All the services were good. The location couldn't be more marvellous and stunning to main railway station.

Great way to end our easter. Comfortable place, private parking, welcoming staff. Only 5 minutes walk from Hauptbahnhof Nord tube station. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating in the room. Sensational breakfast with a free drink and marvellous location.

The double room was functional and had a pleasant bathroom. It was in a convenient location extremely close to Hansa Theatre.

Overall it was impeccably clean and silent with balcony.

Excellent location relatively close to Alster Lakes. Nestled near restaurants and bars. Pleasant views, fantastic and excellent breakfast with high quality food and sparkling wine, as for instance.

The hotel was located close to restaurants and centre. We got a room with a bathtub. The views were great!

Possibly the best and good stay on short business trip. Well-appointed units with balcony. Location not far from the U and train stations as well as public transport, shopping district, tourist attractions and business.

My king room was silent, gorgeous. The location was good and perfect, right in the center of the city, and the bed perfect. I had coffee at Caravela, located within 5 minutes walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed this fabulous hotel and didn't feel like leaving, 100% recommend. Stayed here during our easter, it was a great experience. The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a huge art museum. Distance to the airport was just 15 km. The staff was really kind and nice and helped with the private parking.

The location was handy, not too far from Monckebergstrasse Thoroughfare. The breakfast was satisfactory and all the personnel were polite and kind.

500 metres away from the hotel there is casa romana, which is a good dining choice. we were next to some of our favourite spots such as hamburger kunsthalle. we were able to park onsite. we greatly enjoyed senator hamburg.
