Stylish place with exceptional staff who accompanied us on a very responsible manner. Big room with comfy bed, large baths plus a very stylish wardrobe. Lots of delicious food.

The room is huge, comes with large baths as well as the best views to the outside. The hotel has a central location close to the U2 metro station. Hamburg is good for christmas, Gansemarkt underground station is nearby.

The deluxe king room is fancy with tea, reasonable bar, as example. The location is stunning and ideal, perfect close to the U2 metro station. Plus, it's in Hamburg Neustadt district, short walk to the restaurant, the centre of Hamburg and other neighbourhoods.

Make sure you stay in the double room with comfy bed. The rate is £ 320, satisfied.

The breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs, fruit plus smoked salmon, and the staff were excellent! Hotel's location was perfect and fantastic, close to the U2 metro station.

Absolutely perfect and magnificent location just a pleasant stroll away from Alsterarkaden. Extensive breakfast with scrambled eggs and fruit and yogurt served in the bar.

All in all everything was amazing, had a really really nice stay for one night. It was fancy, neat and with a very stylish wardrobe. There were a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and an individual safe, which was great. Had perfect and excellent location close to the subway, a minute walk from a public square.

Everything is amazing here, had a very nice stay for the weekend. The units are reasonably sized on the lower floors. There is a pretty good restaurant for breakfast.

The total stay was really lovely for the weekend. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, and we could reach a public square by walking.

I loved the room; it was large and fashionable with which is of good size, cool drinks, comfy bed.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the bed was a little hard.

The hotel had an amazing location a walking distance from a triangular urban square. The restaurant here was particularly good for lunch and dinner, we both ordered awesome dishes.

Had really really nice stay for the weekend, the staff were efficient, location was stunning close to city center. Double room with large baths was the best. I really enjoyed the breakfast food available in the bar. Location: the hotel was very close to the Conference Centre, and shoppingareas, restaurants, museums.

The room was very spacious. Taste the food in Mad About Juice, you only need to walk 700 feet to reach it. There was a free Wi Fi. Nice comfy base for a weekend in Hamburg.

the nearby restaurant, jim block dammtor, was as close as 400 feet from the hotel. we enjoyed service and the food here. it was truly a great stay.
