overall had very comfortable stay of 12 nights. thoroughly enjoyed fairly quiet double room with private bathroom, wouldn't mind staying there all day. the location was excellent, relatively near fischmarkt. besides, it was near hamburg's entertainment district, restaurants, bars, clubs, patisseries and markets and the reeperbahn, the subway, and the elbe river ferry docks.

Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi didn't work.

The staff was amicable and kind providing the information. The room was warm & quiet, with a kitchenette. A freezer and a refrigerator were available too. The service was TERRIFIC in my opinion.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel, THANKS. We think it's a super base for staying in Hamburg. A kitchen was a plus.

Really best value, we would happily go back again. Had private bathroom with all essentials. Really loved that there was Kiez Curry with short-orders just next door to the venue, super convenient😀
