We would recommend it. We liked staying here, the place met expectation. The fact that Hagenbecks Tierpark tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus. Overall the stuff was amicable and very helpful...

This hotel was lovely place for exploring Hamburg, greatly enjoyed it. Booked a room with private toilet. The staff was amiable which made me feel welcome. Location: the property was really close to the bus station as well as Hamburg.

The staff - some of them were not pleasant.
