Overall clean property with extremely helpful staff. Great bed in double room with a storage and a coffeemaker.

The hotel had a very central location by the local Turkish restaurant. Moreover, it's so close to the central railway station, Hansa square nearby, the central railway station and the metro and the center, a lot of restaurants and different shops.

It was tidy with superbly friendly and accommodating staff at all times. The location of the hotel was good and stunning, in the neighbourhood.

The rooms were modern and had coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator. Very central location of this brand-new hotel was a bonus.

Overall it was stylish with good value for money. A hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets were available there.

A small kitchen and a coffee maker available in the double room. Good value for money and sensational breakfast, a wide array of meals.

The breakfast was great value and sensational with plenty of meals. It was in a central location, close to the the main railway station.

Clean venue with large breakfasts and courtyard views. New-fashioned room with a Nespresso coffee machine, free tea, and a kettle, and extremely comfy bed. Excellent and particularly good location for my plans, being easy walk to a tube station. Appreciated busy area. Pleasant restaurant inside the hotel.

The medium room was well maintained and tastefully decorated. It had a lot of facilities, including a safe box, a mini refrigerator, and a hair dryer etc. The setting of hotel was perfect and nice, very close to everything.

Beautifully decorated accommodation with magnificent setting short walk to the train station, and Hamburg. For tea or coffee visit Momo nearby. Simply nothing too much trouble, absolutely amazing stay.

The double room room included tea/coffee and complementary tea, we where happy about that...

it deserves its 4 stars. the food was fresh, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. really centrally located hotel. the window of our large double room was facing a city.
