The location was magnificent and stunning, nearby the train station. The hotel staff was welcoming and pleasant. We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast.

The location very close to a S-Bahn station was marvellous and stunning. Furthermore, the area was comfortable. The room was fairly quiet and since it had down pillows I slept like a baby. Everything was great, I truly enjoyed that.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly helpful.

Best thing was the continental breakfast with amazing coffee. Stunning, lovely location in Hamburg Neustadt district next to from where the ferry boats leave, reeperbahn, miniature wunderland, the harbour and St Michel and U-bahn and S-bahn. Also, very close to everything.

We had cheap rooms with nice bathroom and the staff were exceptionally nice. Location: the hotel was just next door to boats. It also was by a subway station.

We were there for 4 days, everything was good, appreciated its marvellous location adjacent to Miniatur Wunderland and the underground. Our room was perfectly clean and could be modernised decor wise:)))

my stay was real good for a quick one night visit. i ate at a particularly good restaurant for breakfast. i loved the breakfast with lots of fine food. the location was perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from a modern concert hall.

We ate at churrascaria o frango, which is only 100 ft away, it suited our needs. A fabulous base for exploring Hamburg.
