The stay here was EXCELLENT during working days. We were in a great location short walk to the coffee shop and the Speicherstadt. It also was in a quiet street with easy access to the main attractions. The in-house restaurant for dinner and the lobby bar.

My room was recently refurbished and modern with an amazing bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were ironing facilities, a study table, and a radio to use. The location was perfect and great in the lovely quiet area.

The room was well-designed and unique with the bedroom, rain shower, for instance £ 200. It was in a central setting close to public transport.

The room is very well decorated and essentials you need, including a personal safe, air conditioning, and iron/ironing board, is right there.

The rooms were a nice size and newly decorated and with shower, the comfortable bed, a wonderful bathtub. The location was peaceful and best possible, for example, a vast model railway was at a medium distance from the hotel.

Booked this for our weekend and it met every demand. The location was best possible, not too far away from Dialog in the Dark. The very pleasant area was good for a romantic stay. An in-house restaurant was excellent for dinner.

The hotel has newly remodelled and large rooms with the shower and separate toilet plus the bedroom. It offers good services and has an excellent breakfast choices. Just keep in mind, there's parking nearby. The lobby bar makes the complementary drinks.

I loved to be here, everything was modern. The employees were accommodating and kept it all fairly clean.

our favorite hotel in hamburg, staff was attentive. deluxe venue. deluxe double room had everything we needed. the downtown is within 10 minutes' walk.

It's interesting place for visiting some must see attractions in Hamburg.

The location was great, with avelino tapas y vino nearby, where we could eat. Staff was very exceptional! Our room was fashionable.

Great breakfast and welcoming personnel. Located 500 feet from the hotel, Brook was a good choice to eat. Property’s position an easy walk to all places we wanted to see, like rathaus. Hamburg City Center (Old Town) neighborhood deserves to be explored;))
