The deluxe king room we stayed in were marvellous with the outside views.

Overall it was well-equipped and brand-new with a view.

The premium king room is gorgeous with super elegant interior in light grey, a breathtaking view plus great facilities. The hotel provides a welcoming service.

The service is terrific, includes good parking. The rooms are big size and relaxing with magnificent views of the city.

The setting was magnificent, near to Elbphilharmonie, the main concert hall of the '' Elbphilharmonie '' and restaurants. The room itself was reasonably spacious in front of my window and had essentials I needed.

Best possible location for visiting restaurants and bars. Found in the historic area.

New-fashioned and fabulous rooms, the views of the roof crystal clear blue sky reflecting off the white tiles were nice! I thoroughly enjoyed both wake-up service and extremely comfy bed. The hotel took care of the terrific service. Besides, my parking was nearby.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, fantastic location near to Hamburg and indeed Germany, the public viewing plaza and the Elbphilharmonie. Reasonably spacious and absolutely fantastic rooms, pleasant view of the lake and very quiet.

Everything was excellent, however we stayed for 1 night only. The food was delicious with lots of options.

Met competent and attentive staff with more receptionists, the deluxe king room had all necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and there were coffee & tea making machines and glassware.

A bath in the open bathroom was a plus.

Rooms and facilities were outstanding, and the public parking was provided. Thanks again to concierge, you rock! Loved Campus Suite, it was steps away from the hotel and offered nice treats. Moreover, we could park our car nearby. This property is equal to 5 stars.

breakfast is wonderful, position is perfect. really loved that this hotel was near baumwall subway station. the warm atmosphere when you walk in. was a chilled-out base for weekend.
