Hotel Vorbach

This was an absolutely perfect location near the city centre, and overlooking the Alstersee. I came across Bistro Jerusalem, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, offered nice shots. The food available for continental breakfast was tasty.

Had a fine stay during our christmas. The jewel in the crown was really very helpful staff. Lots of meals for breakfast, it was very very good. We needed a place for one night, everything was very good.

The hotel was clean and perfect for one night. Liked the room on level 3, my bed was comfortable. In the restaurant they served German cuisine dishes. Was a brilliant place for christmas.

Got standard queen room with a view of garden as expected, appreciated it. The location was excellent - near to wonderful "Planten un Blomen" park and airport.

Location near to main shopping centres/Christmas markets, " Jungfernstieg",the famous shopping area, and Hallerstrasse. Plenty of food options relatively close to the venue. Huge and new-fashioned room with ample bathroom. Continental breakfast with savoury food.

Beds were cheap.

The location was perfect and nice to central Hamburg attractions, minute walk from the train station. Rothenbaum district was worth exploring...

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

Pleasant and delightful hotel in the classic style. Comfy beds, central heating, a work desk and TV in the room. Efficient, affable staff, very very good breakfast. Stunning location to Hamberg tube with particularly nice views. Also - near to the centre of the stairwell and a S-bahn station.

We were there for 7 nights, overall had a relaxing stay. The setting was quite comfortable and unbeatable within easy reach of Congress Center Hamburg. The service was good, the breakfast was satisfactory.

location: the hotel was short walk to the airport and city centre, wonderful "planten un blomen " park, and the lake. had brunch in the oyster bar, located nearby.

Had a such wonderful stay on a business trip. My room with garden was well-appointed and nicely furnished, had good night's sleep. The property's location was unbeatable, in the city centre.

Tbh, had a nice stay on a business trip. The location was excellent and perfectly comfortable, close enough to several subway lines-the latter providing easy connections from the airport, the "Alster " or "Jungfernstieg ", the famous shopping area and overlooking the Alstersee. Could be great for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed our christmas in this pleasant and extremely convenient hotel. Competent and professional staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. The rooms turned out to be new-fashioned and huge with a large bathroom, coffee plus a comfortable bed. The location was very classy and quiet, at a walking distance from Congress Center Hamburg. And the area was very very nice, near to the airport/central rail station and restaurants, europeen, asian, german food. The food from the traditional restaurant was savoury.

It's great place for visiting some must see attractions in Hamburg. Appreciated its park views. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot.

we could see old elbe tunnel from our window. so close to st nikolai memorial, 15 minutes' walk to hamburg dammtor train station. the hotel was in a charming area. we ate at piazza romana, which is only 1000 ft away, it suited our needs.

The hotel had a very good position. It's located in a shopping neighborhood...
