The food was outstanding, good service. We had an excellent bedroom. Booked the hotel for its marvellous and amazing location next to the Christmas market, and the restaurant. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Hamburg Neustadt district.

They gave me good-sized and contemporary room with kitchenette, soft blankets, laundry.

The hotel was in a great and amazing location very close to the cathedral, and supermarkets, transports and restaurants for what we wanted it for.

Gorgeous, clean place, worth its 3 stars. The personnel is super friendly and exceptionally pleasant, and the atmosphere is family. The rooms are spacious and include fridges, an oven, and kitchenware. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner.

The venue is brilliant and fully equipped, its location is magnificent, just off city centre and Reeperbahn as well as the centre.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfy, the room was spotlessly clean. Interior was nice.

Every time we stay in Hamburg, like to stay here. It has marvellous location 15 km away from the airport. A great restaurant for breakfast and dinner is available.

Rooms were perfect and fantastic, everything was excellent. Great and amazing location to Stadthausbrücke station, we loved it. Moreover, it's right by the bakery and the centre of Hamburg. Tbh, had a great stay during the same vacation.

Everything was nice, had a nice stay during the same vacation. The staff team was immensely pleasant. The room was extremely spacious and silent, with fantastic decor and a work desk, a multi-channel television, and a dining area for our comfort. The hotel was in a very central setting to rip you off with everything. And we were close to the various sights, the harbor, the Rathaus and the Chocolate museum, and the town centre.

We truly enjoyed this place, it's quiet and absolutely brilliant. The hotel provided a terrific customer service during our weekend. Overall excellent facilities, there's secure parking. The location is marvellous and stunning, 1 km from a long boulevard.

Excellent service, GOOD surroundings. A kitchen was a big plus.

Easy transportation with S-Bahn station located nearby. Located 600 feet from the hotel, big bull steakhouse was a good choice to eat. We would recommend it for every one.
