Perfectly clean place with beautiful view over Alster lake. Well-stocked and recently renovated room. Very comfortable area, central location just off tthe centre and city center and water view on other side. Outstanding food at the grill restaurant.

This location was unbeatable, really close to a cruise ship and the Aussen Alster. Booked a room with unless machine.

All of the staff were competent, very knowledgeable. Reasonably large rooms were newly renovated with great bathroom.

The venue is reasonably clean and reasonably spacious, views are fantastic, the location is perfect and nice so close to station and city centre, places in the old part of Hamburg and railway station and interesting part of town. The rooms are great-sized and recently refurbished, equipped with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. Private bathroom is luxurious.

Tbh, had a very good stay of more than 1 night. Everything was nice, beautiful location on the one hand walking distance from the main station, the staff were hospitable. Our double room was newly remodelled with extra-large double bed. The lobby bar was busy, greatly enjoyed this place.

The room was silent and it had central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. The hotel was in a central location in the area of the original ballrooms.

It has amazing location with restaurants and bars near the place. The atmosphere is quiet, sincere staff at the reception desk and concierge.

Grand old accommodation with incredible setting very close to city center and water view on other side, close to all the shops and common areas and rooms. Great to have a grill restaurant for late lunch.

This hotel met requirements, we can just recommend to everyone. Stayed here before, top-class and charming old place to stay. The room was well stocked with all the amenities, a bath and beautiful view and the overall experience was really good.

Luxury property with Japanese decor and exquisite rooms. Very big beds, an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk in the room. Exceptional services, the public parking was available nearby. Lovely pool.

We appreciated this property and 100% recommend it. The property was gorgeous and perfect with pretty friendly staff at the reception desk and concierge. The location was great, for example, Jungfernstieg Promenade was not very far from the hotel.

The building is very elegant and the rooms are well stocked and recently renovated with the bedroom, all the amenities, cupboard.

Unique place overall, it is clean, location is particularly good and ideal in front of the lagoon. Staff is sincere and you can park your car on-site. As for me the food is brilliant, and they have a wide range of meals. Friendly service, the breakfast is varied and marvellous.

The room was stylish and modern with a double bed, I had a good rest. The breakfast was amazing, the pool area was excellent.

I spent here 5 very nice days and would not hesitate to return there. The room was well-equipped and stocked, with a Japanese decor and central heating, an iron and an electronic key card for my comfort. The bed was very clean as expected.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable, not too far from Alster. The service was absolutely exceptional.

The hotel is close to an art gallery and an opera house if that's what you like.

This hotel is quiet, has superfriendly employees at the reception desk and concierge. The room was huge, I appreciated it. The breakfast was marvellous with incredible variety. The location was central and near an opera house and a gallery. Besides, the area was beautiful, next to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof.

Although some of the staff were not so helpful, I had a REALLY UNFORGETTABLE stay. The room was stocked and tasteful with a bath, unless machine, luxury bathroom.

Actually everything was excellent. I ate at an excellent restaurant for a dinner. It had central location close to Das Schauspielhaus.

this hotel was fantastic base for exploring hamburg, really loved it. only 15 min walk to downtown. the bed was comfy, as were the pillows. by the way, we didn't mind paying extra for eur 35 per day for parking.

That iron board was missing.

Setting not far from alster and convenient access to jungfernstieg. We loved our excellent rooms and the staff was friendly! Bed was nice.
