Beautiful location, a short walk from Colonnaden Street. Spotless, elegant unit with balcony, safe, as for instance.

We have booked deluxe double room with good facilities. The location was the best in front of the inner Alster lake.

The bed was too soft, unfortunately.

The location is unbeatable and exceptionally nice and they have parking on site. Would love to come back, I loved the place, it met standards.

It was a good stay for 4 nights. The fantastic friendly and excellent staff provided all the necessary info. Bed was very extremely comfy, room was exquisite and updated.

Luxurious and romantic place, outstanding food offered for continental breakfast. A fully stocked mini bar, a coffee machine, and a writing desk available in the deluxe double room. Early check-in, parking onsite. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Very easy to get from Hamburg airport, just 15 km.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. We had the junior suite which was beautifully maintained and brand-new with extra features.

A high-class and reasonably priced hotel, my first choice in Hamburg. Nice place for discovering Hamburg with competent staff in terms of service and helpfulness of the staff. Unbeatable, the best location in Hamburg Neustadt district near all the main atrractions and the pretty Inner Alster Lake called Binnenalster in German. Also, in seiner abartigsten und asozialsten Art.

Hopefully the room was luxurious with extra features, a nice bedroom, a beautiful view. The breakfast was very very good, the check in was quick.

Had a very good stay for 4 nights, everything was lovely. We where upgraded to deluxe queen room with extra features super confortable on check in. The hotel restaurant was really great which the venue stuff introduced us.

Professional staff, brand-new junior suite. Location adjacent to the pretty Inner Alster Lake called Binnenalster in German, the 3 restaurants, and the central shopping district around Jungfernstieg. For tea or coffee visit Eisige Liebe nearby.

The setting was quite stunning and incredible within easy reach of Jungfernstieg Street.

Had a really good stay on a business trip, would love to go back. Everything at this classy hotel was lovely as we expected. The staff was excellent co-operating, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. The deluxe king room was spotless, neat, with a particularly well equipped bathroom. The fact that Jungfernstieg tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus...

Loved how well-run and high-class the property was and its competent staff in terms of service and helpfulness of the staff. The atmosphere created was exclusive. Its location not very far from a major art museum was perfect and comfortable. Was a brilliant base for weekend.

the hotel's location was not far from rathaus, hamburger kunsthalle also was easily accessible. 1000 feet away there is starbucks, where you can dine.
