The staff was welcoming, polite, and responded promptly to requests. The food was fab, the breakfast was sensational.

Our king room was high-class with nice furniture. Just 10 minutes on foot to Lohmuhlenstrasse underground, was a big plus.

Well-run and well-designed place, very efficient staff that give full support in a pleasant and flexible manner. Units with good size bathroom. Peaceful and convenient location, steps away from Alster Lakes. Based close to supermarkets, room, reception, Bar, restaurant and taxi.

Fairly clean place with particularly good view especially at sunset. Excellent breakfast, bright guest room. Exceptionally comfortable beds and very good staff. Marvellous location - near to all taxis coming through and the restaurant and bar even at breakfast.

The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a major art museum. Besides, I was close to a lake and a river.

The location was best possible for traveling around Hamburg, close to the bar/restaurant. Popped in Frau Moeller for shots before sleep, it was at a walking distance from the venue.

The hotel was in a central setting within walking distance of central station. Plus, it was next to galleries, hip areas, restaurants, the public areas and pubs and restaurants.

The location was central, just next door to the fantastic restaurant or the trendy bar with such a cool vibe, the Hbf, and Alster lakes, Hauptbanhof and Lange Reihe for pubs and restaurants. It also was to all taxis coming through.

We all greatly enjoyed nicely decorated and nice styled room with good size bathroom, bar, as example. We walked everywhere, the location was good, close to cafes.

The hotel was wonderful and absolutely gorgeous, I enjoyed it, especially garden view. I had stylish and airy king room. An electronic key card, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk were perfect. The location was central, stunning in cozy St Georg district. There was Restaurant Unter Deck a short way from the property. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met expectation.

Hotel was clean and the balcony overlooked garden. The location was marvellous and lovely, in Hamburg's trendy district with easy access to supermarkets and shops. Roof top bar was modern...

Good position and comfortable room. A short walk to the restaurant Kajuete. We would love to return, when we stay in Hamburg;)))
