We didn't want to leave and would like to stay there on the next trip. Really enjoyed this charming accommodation with really kind staff at the reception desk. We had a quiet bedroom.

The bedroom was fashionable and well-appointed. Rich breakfasts with the quite standard fare and omelette chef, the staff were very helpful.

Perfect hotel in a very very nice area short walk to restaurants shops and coffee shops, the local attractions, and the Lindner Am Michel. The double room with balcony, a comfortable bed, for instance. With a coffee maker and a refrigerator. Perfect location as only 5 minutes to a vastly entertaining and educational museum. Easy check-in and efficient check-out, parking nearby. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

We had a very good service, a nice size room with 2 single beds, excellent facilities, as example.

Had a very nice stay on business trip. The room I booked was brand-new and airy with a very comfortable bed, complementary coffee, for instance. The staff was competent from my arrival up until I left. This accommodation had a central setting in the exact center of town.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Liked this fairly clean and ideal place, competent staff and brand-new rooms. The location was perfect, not far from a public transport, very beatyfull park and botanical garden, shopping centers, and Easy walk to all tourists sites. It was very enjoyable time in Hamburg.

I got complimentary double room with shower nearly centrally located as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was perfect with a port walking distance to the accommodation.

When we visit Hamburg, like staying here. All in all, it's top-class place that has extremely helpful staff at the reception desk. The hotel is in a just superb and exceptionally nice location, walking distance to a port. A museum and a church are walking distance to the venue.

Amazing location adjacent to most central tourist sites as well as a metro stop and the Portuguese dining area. Also, close to christmas markets.

All in all everything was really good, had a very enjoyable stay for 2 nights. It was a historic building, the rooms were a nice size with shower nearly centrally located. The location was quiet and top, at a walking distance from Port of Hamburg.

The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of Millerntor Stadium. The food was great - lots of options.

Incredible base for discovering Hamburg with really helpful staff at the reception desk. Well-appointed and brand-new rooms with a comfortable bed! The stay here was really nice during business trip. Location: the hotel was near center and harbour, the main railway station and the airport, and attractions, shops & restaurants. There were a wide array of restaurants to eat, like Noahs Taverna that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

the location turned out to be top, so close to the nearest s-bahn or u-bahn, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and other shopping and karolinenviertel, sternchanze and reeperbahn. we enjoyed the convenience of the double room, as well as a safe box, a mini-bar and iron/ironing board etc. the breakfast was varied and delicious, the check in was easy.

Perfect accommodation with peaceful setting near to Karolinenviertel, Sternchanze and Reeperbahn, supermarkets and the city hall. Very amiable personnel at the reception desk during stay.

Had really great stay for business trip. The location was charming, to the S-Bahn that goes to the airport, it's a plus.

good breakfast, excellent staff. altogether it was good value though. we visited one of our favorite spots port of hamburg that was very close to the hotel.
