Location in the centre of the city was a plus.

Everything was perfect, very attentive staff made our stay relaxing. We had an excellent breakfast with the food in the Brasserie, could find something for everyone. King room with a separate toilet as well as very comfortable bed accommodated us perfectly.

The room was impeccably clean and fancy, with smoke detectors and tiles. The hotel was set in a very central area right by the main sites, many attractions, and the center.

New-fashioned and beautifully maintained units with a great cosy bed. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

By and large, it was brilliant place for sightseeing in Hamburg, had much fun and met customer-facing and well-trained staff at the night shift.

I appreciated that the hotel was big size and chic. Well-equipped units with Nespresso, nice bed and a sofa, and the stuff were customer-focused. The breakfast was sensational and the downstairs bar was a plus.
