The location was unbeatable: a bakery and a supermarket were within walking distance. The breakfast was satisfactory with still good, ham and cheese, and the restaurant was pleasant.

I appreciated my great-sized and practical room with hair dryer, the heating, for example. The food was fresh and included bread, cheese, and meats. The location was perfect - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

The rooms were all fine and modern in good condition.

I appreciated the place, it was impeccably clean & the staff were excellent and very helpful. I booked family king room with 2 separate mattresses, comfort bed, beautiful views which turned out to be a functional room.

The location was great and fab, and we could reach a major art museum by walking. Moreover, the area was nice.

Everything was very convenient, including pleasant staff. The room was functional and modern, had smoke detectors for the safety. I was offered a savoury and tasty breakfast with cheese and ham, as for instance. This accommodation was in the very central location very close to the main railway station. Plus, it was near to airport and main station, near station, and Hamburg, very close to all attractions.

This was a perfect location just off Tourist spots, all attractions and station, other transport, Kunsthalle.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and practical in general, in good condition. There was simple interior. It had very central location close to Ohnsorg Theatre. The staff were incredibly nice and amicable.

The weather was warm, had very comfortable stay. Our room in good condition was warm with exceptionally comfortable beds.

It has perfect and exceptionally nice location to see a major art museum. Great public transport connection - a train station is close to the hotel. Make sure to get family room with powerful hot water.

Kind and efficient staff, the breakfasts are generous with scrambled egg. The location is unbeatable, 10 minutes' walk to a German opera company. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

By and large, it was comfy and decent place with amiable staff at night shift...

We had the economy room provided with comfort bed, beautiful views plus air conditioning. The staff were efficient and the restaurant was good! The location was stunning, at a medium distance from Alster.
