Pleasant accommodation with awesome setting just next door to old city center, the christmas markets and central station, and the main train station, restaurants, museums, retail, rivers and "lakes ". Honestly no complains at all.

Pleasant and clean place, service-oriented and responsive staff. Absolutely perfect and nice location with parking on site for walking around. Found in the very very nice area not far from main train station, restaurants, attractions & shops, the airport, and Christmas markets nearby.

The booked room was great-sized and brand-new for our toddler to sleep. Had very good facilities, such as a safe and a kitchen.

The venue was clean and the staff were very polite. The property's location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, close to everything. Besides, it was not far from the Alster lake, center of hamburg and shops including good supermarket.

The bedroom was good sized and well-kept. Kitchenette was a plus. The location was perfect and magnificent near to the central station, close to a train station.

The room was clean with useful appliances, sofa-bed, for example, booked it for £ 158;)))

The location was perfect and excellent, at a short distance from Monckebergstrasse Thoroughfare. Also, the area was very nice.

The hotel's location was marvellous and unbeatable, close to everything you will want to see in Hamburg with a market and boutiques within walking distance. In Sala Thai you could have Japanese meals.

Exceptionally nice units for our toddler to sleep, we thoroughly enjoyed it. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were a nice touch.

The room was stylish, extremely pleasant with fully equipped kitchen, I was pleased. The staff were competent and service-oriented day and night.

Had fabulous stay on our vacation. The location was amazing and incredible, very close to the Alister lake in the centre of Hamburg, Close to main train station and the City centre.

Very central location, just a short stroll away from Alsterarkaden. Positioned in the lovely area, right by the city's attractions, Very close to the lake on one side, and Alster and station.

The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent, 1 km from Monckebergstrasse Thoroughfare. The service is marvellous, includes good parking. Many thanks to responsive staff for providing us with a perfect 10/10 stay.

Everything was great, we had sunny 3 days here. The staff we met was lovely. Its location was marvellous, so close to walk to main shopping centre, and the lake on one side, train station on the other and the wonderful Kunsthalle on yet another. Cafe Pink Ribbon Cupcakes located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Hotel's bar was fab.

Fashionable & quiet unit for our toddler to sleep. Modern interior design. Marvellous and FANTASTIC location for visiting bars and restaurants.

Everything was clean and perfect. Welcoming, courteous staff with smiling face. Easy check-in, parking on site. Location so close to the center, Hamburg. Also, set near the lake.

The location of the hotel was brilliant and awesome - relatively close to a central quarter. You could walk to supermarkets and shops...

we were here for walking around. the location was best possible, not too far away from monckebergstrasse thoroughfare. the airport was 0.5 km away.

Really comfortable place for weekend trip. Bed is great, location is perfect. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was provided in all rooms. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center:)))

We truly enjoyed the location and rooms. We took an apartment and it had a heating system, flat-screen television and a coffee maker. The property was located in a central area. There is a great selection of cafes and restaurants next to the hotel.
