Everything was modern, but a few employees where not so helpful. It offered very good service and brilliant food too.

It had pretty bad views.

Wonderful hip new hotel with very attentive staff at the reception desk. Easy to get to, unbeatable and excellent location close to the new concert hall, the main sights and the shops in the Neue Wall or around that area. Nearby Edg Bar & Lounge - great place to chill out.

Loved our stay, strongly recommend. All in all it's newly renovated hotel, we had a really good stay here. The position was practical, restaurants and bars are close to the venue. There were several restaurants and bars nearby.

Didn't like the area, it was uncomfortable.

Fashionable, silent room with a view of the Spring DOM Fair, and affable staff. Sensational breakfast selection with were refilled slowly served in the lobby. Marvellous and handy location, a few steps away from everywhere. Nice design, exceptional service in the entire hotel.

Fully equipped place with very amiable staff and premium wi-fi. Superb bedroom. Had cozy a well-stocked mini bar, Wi-Fi, and coffee. Practical and top location right in the area of Hamburg, in the cozy area.

It was in a nice location near many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets and harbor and shopping malls. St. Pauli district was worth staying in.

The location couldn't be more unbeatable and magnificent close to a train station too for easy access around the city. The staff of the hotel was willing to help.

It was based in very nice clean building in a good and absolutely perfect location, close to the Planten und Bloomen park.

The room was brand-new and beautiful little, could see garden from the window. There was comfortable bed, a well-stocked mini bar, Wi-Fi, and coffee. The location was practical right in the area of Hamburg.

The location was peaceful, right by the shopping area, a taxi from the airport and St Pauli and the train station. There was Salzbrenner Wurstchen nearby to grab something to eat. The room was a nice size, it came with a big desk as well as Nespresso.

The units are double superior and light filled with a view. The lobby bar offers warm drinks. Every time we stay in Hamburg, like to stay here.

The staff was attentive, the breakfast was sensational, everything was amazing. The location of the property was perfect and excellent, close to a train station too for easy access around the city. Besides, we were close to shopping area, many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets and harbor and shopping malls.

I had a modern room with an iron, a living room, and a chair, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, just a short stroll away from Panoptikum Museum.

The location was central, close to Planten un Blomen gardens, and the business district.

Good location, very close to exhibition center. Right by Hamburg for the 2019 Rotary International Convention.

Practical location, close to restaurants and bars. Easy access to Hamburg airport, within 15 km. Comfortable bed in the a nice size room. Breakfast with were refilled slowly and excellent juices.

Pretty standard hotel in Hamburg with superbly friendly staff especially the female manager. Marvellous and handy location in the central area, close to many excellent restaurants & bars, the main square of the city, and all the tourist spots walking.

Brand-new and light filled units with sofa. Bonus point for a well stocked mini bar, WiFi, and coffee. Competent and highly skilled staff and top location so close to the convention centre, and Underground.

The location was top, relatively near Jungfernstieg Promenade. The breakfast was very very good and had plenty of options. I loved to be there and will come back.

Wonderful place with competent staff especially the female manager, truly enjoyed it. The hotel had a magnificent location close to U Bahn. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Klatsch, they had some goodies, drinks.

In relation to the reasonable price paid, it was wonderful place to stay with exceptional service. The staff was willing to help and supper friendly throughout our stay. The lobby served plenty of meals for breakfast. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk away from a long boulevard.

What a perfect 10/10 stay, nothing too much trouble. Fully equipped hotel in a super friendly area short walk to a train station, 2 subway lines, and the Messe / Trade Fair. Perfect location and very nice modern facilities. Again, walking distance to a botanic garden. Proactive, flexible people working here. Sensational breakfast for the start of the day with excellent juices and were refilled slowly, for example.

Also - really close to good restaurants as well as the river, Rathaus, Kunsthalle & shopping area. A car park under the hotel provided.

The location it offers is incredible, near all tourist sights, the bars and clubs and the metro which give great. For tea and goodies visit Cafe Panther, located close by.

The rooms were fashionable and luxurious and the view of garden. It had central location close to Millerntor Stadium.

It had central location close to Rug. The hotel was a holiday base for enjoying a downtown area. Could use their private parking.

The venue's position was central. A U-Bahn station was nearby the hotel, it was a bonus.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Hamburg. I really enjoyed that the hotel was big size, high quality with a good service. The location was excellent for exploring this nice enough area, not far from Hamburg, and the center of hamburgo...

The views were quite bad.

This hotel was nice comfy base for exploring Hamburg, really enjoyed it and property's amicable and pleasant staff especially the female manager. Central location was a plus. Shops and fairgrounds were right next door. The restaurant was good with a wonderful breakfast, we ordered hot dishes. Had no problem using their reasonably priced parking, the internet was free.

Breakfast, it was a little small, could definitely be improved.

It was worth its 4 stars. Polite staff, convenient location, very clean rooms. Just a 15-minute stroll to the center.

Breakfast selection was excellent! On arrival the staff was friendly.
