The service was exceptional throughout our stay. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, the room was newly remodelled with a very comfy bed.

Nicely decorated place with incredibly nice staff and free wi-fi. Neat room, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the room. Extensive breakfast and lovely views to the lake with great views. Excellent location of the hotel easy to reach from airport on public transport.

It was a really really nice stay for a business trip. The restaurant was nice for dinner, we ordered fresh dishes. We truly enjoyed carbonated drinks at the bistro bar.

The breakfast with hot food selections and a great spread of hot, as for instance was generous and extensive for what you got. Magnificent very central location right by the Restaurant where breakfast is served also, the nearest U-Bahn station, and Near the lake too. We stopped by Luicella's Ice Cream for coffee and treats, it was just a short walk away from the hotel.

Newly renovated and well-appointed hotel that has very attentive staff at reception desk. The setting is absolutely perfect, it's near the big lake, Aussenalster, and the Alster, which is a perfect place for running and walking with dogs.

The food was amazing with plenty of choice! All the staff was amazing friendly and efficient, fixed my issues. Its location was good and unbeatable, not far from restaurants, transport and town centre, which forms a pleasant view as soon as one starts the walk outside and Bahnhof. Besides, Town Hall was 3 km away from the property.

The location was excellent and unbeatable and beds were comfortable. I came across Uhlenhorster Weinstube, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel, offered nice shots. The restaurant here was very comfy for dinner.

The location was unbeatable near to the city centre for one night in Hamburg. Moreover, it was just off all major attractions and transportation services, the lake, and near to Bahnhof.

The location is marvellous and pleasant, near the lake. As we remember, there's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Spanische Treppe, situated within 5 minutes walk or so.

I spend 4 nights in Hamburg lovely. The staff were attentive and welcoming all the time. Booked a room with big variety. I was offered a sensational breakfast at the front desk. Central location was a plus. Plus it was walking distance to restaurants and bars.
