The units are fashionable, extremely pleasant with a spacious bathroom. No reason to complain, would recomand this place.

The hotel is immaculately clean and nestled in an industrial style building with a comfortable location. The staff in general is responsive. The breakfast is varied and freshly cooked with good options for vegetarians, meats and sweet, there's an option for each taste. All in all they offer excellent service. Thank you for a very good stay.

The room was lovely modern and brand-new, and the bathroom was large. There were central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk when we arrived.

I didn't feel like leaving, so couldn't recommend more this hotel. The property was stylish and I greatly enjoyed the streets of Hamburg. The breakfast was plentiful and good hot and had a good choice of meals. The service was excellent, the food was high quality.

The hotel is charming small with good Wi-Fi and an excellent value. Tastefully decorated and well-equipped units and very friendly efficient stuff at night shift. Quiet location close to subway station, easy to get anywhere. Also - very close to the restaurant.

Everything was brand-new, including wonderful staff at night shift. We had a pretty nice bedroom. The breakfast was particularly nice, had a lot of options and the food was cheap. We enjoyed it and would recommend the place.

Have stayed here many times and can't wait to go back. Location: the hotel was really close to Germany, metro and bus and the nearest train station. Stopped by Cafe May to get some coffee and treats, it's a short way from the venue, recommend.

Beds were a little hard.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met standards. We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, yet everything was modern. The breakfast was rich with variety of choice. The location seemed exceptionally nice to the nearest train station which then took 10minutes into the main station of Hamburg. And it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Der Grieche, ate there couple of times.

We did not want to leave, totally recommend. The hotel was fairly clean, stylish, had particularly helpful staff at night shift. Our suite was equipped with splendid breakfast, lovely shower and a nice bathroom.

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and great, it had WONDERFUL location really close to the center of Hamborg, the central train station and outskirts of the city.

The staff were very friendly efficient, the breakfast was perfect and everything was very good! The location in a peaceful area was peaceful and absolutely perfect and there were a market and shops nearby. There was a good restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Location just next door to city center/harbor, the city centre, and the UBahn.

we had big room with climate control, a private safe and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels. moreover, there is a parking onsite.

It's our place to stay when in Hamburg! Folks working there were really helpful. Room was great value for money.
