The hotel was a holiday base for enjoying a downtown area, very close to the center of city and the central station, attractions, and shopping. The rooms were all extremely spacious with a wash basin inside.

The unit we got was quiet and surprisingly large with clean fresh, a window looking at the ventilation shaft next to toilet and a wash basin inside. The location was great, for example, Jungfernstieg Promenade was at a short distance from the hotel.

I asked for twin room with heating, comfortable beds, for instance and they kindly provided it. The location was fantastic in the centre of Hamburg and the staff here was very very nice and amiable.

The location was great, only 5 minutes walk to Jungfernstieg Promenade. It was 20 minutes drive to the airport. The staff were friendly and great and made us feel welcome. Our single room included central heating and TV.

the property has a super location, just next door to the centre of hamburg and a central area very well kept. comfortable, amazing room complete with clean fresh, wooden floors plus the heating.

Everything was fine with reasonable prices. Marvellous and amazing location on train from airport, in the downtown area. Again, not far from Dialog in the Dark. The hotel of choice in Hamburg.
