The hotel was a holiday base for enjoying a downtown area, very close to the center of city and the central station, attractions, and shopping. The rooms were all extremely spacious with a wash basin inside.

The experience was very comfortable, would love to stay here again. We booked a single room and it was cheap, exceptionally comfortable beds. It was in the very central location extremely close to everything else.

The unit we got was quiet and surprisingly large with clean fresh, a window looking at the ventilation shaft next to toilet and a wash basin inside. The location was great, for example, Jungfernstieg Promenade was at a short distance from the hotel.

I asked for twin room with heating, comfortable beds, for instance and they kindly provided it. The location was fantastic in the centre of Hamburg and the staff here was very very nice and amiable.

Everything was fine with reasonable prices. Marvellous and amazing location on train from airport, in the downtown area. Again, not far from Dialog in the Dark. The hotel of choice in Hamburg.
