The room was modern and impressive and elegant, I appreciated it. I had extremely comfy bed, an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV. Location: the hotel was close to cafes, restaurant and a park, Hamburg for a musical and the tram station...

Had a real good stay on vacation. The staff was outstandingly helpful and service-minded at all levels. The food they offered was outstanding, had a lot of meals. I truly enjoyed the hotel!

my classic king room was brand-new and had basic facilities needed. the breakfast was sensational as expected with sweet and fresh squeezed juices, for instance.

Cool and clean hotel, the staff who served us were attentive, and it had IDEAL location close to metro stations. The classic room was nicely decorated with a couch as well as a nice "lounge" decoration. Location: the property was next to the main train station, St Pauli and public transport. Besides, a local history museum was 2 km away from the venue.

Everything was simply good. Enjoyed my really nice stay for a business trip. I got an excellent breakfast with cheeses, sweet plus savoury food-. Classic king room I stayed at was spotless and fashionable with a nice "lounge " decoration.
