Hotel Central Hamburg

Offering luggage storage, the superior Hotel Central Hamburg lies in Altona, which is an upscale borough that includes the neighborhood of the same name, known for a boisterous Sunday market inside the glass-roofed, 19th-century Fish Auction Hall, just 1.9 km from the music Grosse Freiheit 36 Club and approximately 25 minutes' walk from such cultural places of interest as Panoptikum Museum. Located in close proximity to Paul-Nevermann-Platz, this 2-star smoke-free hotel offers a lounge bar, a sauna and a shared lounge.

You'll need 20-minute drive to Hamburg airport. The huge 18th-century cathedral "St. Michael's Church" is about a 10-minute ride from the Central Hamburg, while Goethestrasse bus stop is only 5 minutes' walk away. Guests might as well visit Schleepark, which is 0.9 km away. Museum of Hamburg History is around 15 minutes' drive away, and Dammtor train station is situated 3.4 km from the hotel. Hotel Central Hamburg is a few steps from Hamburg-Altona city rail.

Furnished with soundproof windows, the rooms are en suite and offer high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The modern rooms have attached bathrooms equipped with a separate toilet and a shower.

The daily dining options include a buffet breakfast. Guests will enjoy Mediterranean dishes at Koz Urfa, which is right near the Central.

The location was unbeatable and fantastic, just off the Central train station as well as an SBAHN to the airport and also into the city centre. The room was a decent size with decent shower, WiFi, as for instance and the overall experience was really amazing!

A lovely little hotel, my first choice in Hamburg. Clean venue and well organised employees. Very clean bed in the standard queen room, plus central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Private parking onsite provided. Not to mention free wifi! Incredible location in the centre of Hamburg. Also - adjacent to metro and railway, and the Hamburg-altona station.

Location really close to the train station, all the long distance trains and the shops. Reasonably large room available with decent shower, WiFi, for instance.

Make sure you stay in the standard double room with WiFi. The price is just right - £ 58.

Immaculately clean rooms with decent shower, WiFi, as example, felt like home. The location was magnificent, right next to the train station which is so easy to use & understand with easy access to shopping centres and a market.

The staff tried to be well organised and made our stay a good experience. Location: the hotel was just off cafe's of which there were plenty in area, the metro in a matter of minutes and public transport and train. Street food restaurant Vincent Vegan was located 5 minutes walk away.
