Had a comfortable stay in our neat room with great amenities. The service was friendly, we felt welcome.

I stayed in this fantastic hotel for 4 days, had good experience, really enjoyed its decent location close to coach station, train station and shopping, the pubs and restaurants in Lange Reihe, and bars, restaurants and central locations. The service offered was welcoming. Took the advantage of the parking outside.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

In general the service was nice! Overall it was impeccably clean with pretty good space. The breakfast was varied and there were plenty of options.

The location for Hamburg was perfect and exceptionally nice, really close to the City center, Central station, shopping malls, and keenly priced restaurants. Comforts of standard queen room with great bathroom were fabulous.

The units are functional, neat with bathroom. The setting is perfect and nice, adjacent to main train station, halal food and the centre-about a ten/fifteen minute walk, interesting area.

I appreciated the stay, great value. Had a pleasant 4 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. All the staff was competent, tackled my issues. The location was amazing: a mall and the Christmas market were within walking distance. I needed 20 minutes on foot to get to the downtown. It was in a local area, close enough to the train station.

Everything was nice and the view was great. The hotel had brand-new rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was rich with a lot of delicacies. Unbeatable central location very close to of course the Aussen Alster, and the public transportation, restaurants, shopping and tourist areas. A cool bonus was Kaffeewelt, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. All I could ask for, great value.

The stay for a work-focused visit certainly was great value. Everything was clean and great. The rooms were brand-new and functional, had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The breakfast was varied, I enjoyed plenty of food they served.

Perfect and comfy accommodation. Had nice service. Speedy check-in. Overall marvellous and stunning location so close to the sketchy areas, all main Hamburg attractions and the train station and city centre. Besides, easy to get to an applied arts museum. Lounge bar in the hotel. My favourite property in Hamburg.

Appreciated my very comfortable stay for a work-focused visit. The location was particularly good as for me, near easy to find, good stores, and the center. The room was neat and had a safe, central heating and a work desk as pictured in advertising. The decor was great, for the price it was great value.

The location was very central, close to the centre and many restaurants. In Casa Mira, located nearby I had Halal meals. Really enjoyed their strong drinks, served in the lounge bar.

The place is top quality and fairly clean, everything is perfect, it should have higher than 3 star rating. Offers FRIENDLY service and delightful food. Keep in mind, the parking is outside. The location of the hotel in Hamburg is stunning, really close to the centrum, easy access to restaurants and transport, restaurants in Lange Reihe and main station. Besides, you can walk to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. The lounge bar offers alcoholic drinks.

i had quite comfortable days staying at this brand-new hotel. i have stayed in standard queen room with great bathroom and things-cleaning plus showers for 4 nights. had strong drinks in the lounge bar.

It is a perfect property located in St. Georg district right by the centre, the center of town, and the transport. The staff are amicable and competent, managed the parking on site. The location is in an unbeatable spot in the centrum. The lounge bar is a nice plus. Thank you for a fine stay.

We had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a shower and a hair dryer.

It has decent location to see a major art museum. Make sure to get comfort double room with bathroom, hot water in showers, pretty good space.

Hamburger kunsthalle was within easy reach. Parking on site was provided. As Urfa, where you can eat, is within walking distance to the hotel. Hamburg City Center district was worth staying in.

I recommend you to eat at Lades, that is set 200 metres away. Sauna was available on site...
