the staff were excellent and competent throughout our stay. the rooms were wonderful and fine with a perfectly clean bathroom.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were extremely arrogant.

Pleasant property with nice decor and new-fashioned rooms. Lots of brilliant food for meals. Exceptionally comfortable bed and marvellous location right next to the river. Based close to big shopping center in Hamburg, a very pleasant suburb of northern Hamburg and a lake and the woods🙂

This was a real good stay for that first nights stay. Really enjoyed the queen room and the way it was setup. The location was great, within easy walking distance of Burgruine Henneberg.

Pleasant hotel located in a beautiful area next to big shopping center in Hamburg as well as a very pleasant suburb of northern Hamburg. Central heating, a work desk and a TV available in the classic double room. Exceptionally clean bathroom with a bathtub; amicable staff. Exceptionally nice and stunning location, just walking distance from everywhere. Really good overall experience.
