Mercure Hotel Hamburg Mitte

The venue was pleasant and gorgeous, I truly enjoyed the location really close to the train/subway stations, great sightseeing places and wheelchair accessible buses and trains, and city views. This hotel had a central position near to the Messe.

It was a very positive stay for a business trip. The staff were exceptionally nice, the breakfast I had was excellent. Stephansplatz tube station was 10 min away.

Good and perfect location for our visit to a city park a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

We had a mini-refrigerator and a safe box in the standard queen room. The bathroom was good here.

It is clean, safe hotel and the staff is very nice and incredibly kind. It has a marvellous and absolutely perfect location next to several bars, most areas, and the bus stops.

As we remember, there was no restaurant.

The property was clean and stuff was cordial. The room of the hotel was bright and tidy with snacks, king size bed, KETTLE. The location was central, awesome close to subways.

The staff we met were a bit slow.

The location was particularly good and perfect in a central area, you may take train on Dammtor train station within 15 minutes walk from here. The staff was superbly friendly, polite all the time.

The hotel was clean and amazing, had PLEASANT views of the sunset. The staff was very attentive and excellent all the time. The room was good-sized and compact, had essentials, like a shower, a hairdryer, and toiletries. The cost was £ 106.

It was in the central location to the next Cafe.

It made our trip to Hamburg a quite comfortable experience.

A huge variety of high quality food at breakfast time. Central location near Messe, great breakfast. A pleasant and nice hotel, my first choice in Hamburg.

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

We had a real good stay, appreciated the city and hotel and would definitely book here again. The room was good sized and had private bathroom plus a coffee maker and a refrigerator. Comfortable location, the staff were very attentive. Cafe Laura's Kuche located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The location was great and absolutely perfect, for example, The Schanzenviertel was at a short distance from the hotel. A subway station was very close to place. Big size and bright units with snacks, and the staff were superfriendly. Coffee & tea makers and refrigerators were available.

The standard queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was big size and bright with comfortable bed. Coffee & tea makers and refrigerators were very handy...

The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the sunset. The location is great and unbeatable, near exhibition centres and trade fairs. It's a 10-15 minute walk from Laura's Kuche, I tried nice desserts there.

Schanzenpark is in the immediate vicinity and you can get to Schlump subway station within 10 minutes walk. Excellent location, only 10 mins walk to hamburg dammtor train station.
